- 1

The same crew whenever possible, and one local contact for changes and extra cleans.

Why businesses switch to us
The crew that quotes you is the crew that cleans
A lot of commercial cleaning around Sacramento is sold by a franchise and then handed to whoever is available that night. We do the walkthrough ourselves, write the scope down, and send the same crew back whenever we can. If something gets missed, you call one local number.

What we clean, by type of property
Commercial cleaning means different things depending on the building. This is how we usually help each kind of business:
| Property | What we usually do | Usual schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Offices and professional suites | Desks, restrooms, breakroom, trash, floors; glass and high dusting on rotation | Nightly to weekly |
| Medical, dental and therapy front offices | Waiting rooms, front desk, restrooms and staff areas; high-touch surfaces every visit | Nightly or several times a week |
| Retail stores and showrooms | Sales floor, fitting rooms, restrooms, entry glass and storefront windows | Before opening or after close |
| Salons, studios and gyms | Floors, mirrors, restrooms, locker or changing areas, front desk | Daily or several times a week |
| Shared buildings and HOAs | Lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, mail areas and community rooms | Weekly |
| Vacant apartments, suites and storefronts | A full move-out style clean so the space can be shown or handed over | One-time, between tenants |
| New build-outs and remodels | Construction dust off every surface, inside cabinets, fixtures and window tracks | One-time, before opening |
Pricing
What decides the price of commercial cleaning
We don’t price commercial work by the hour. After the walkthrough you get a fixed price per visit or per month, built from these things:
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Square footage | The starting point. Under 1,000 sq ft starts at $75 a visit; 1,000–3,000 sq ft at $150. |
| Restrooms and breakrooms | They take the most time per square foot, so two restrooms cost more than one. |
| How often we come | Nightly service costs less per visit than weekly, because the space never gets far behind. |
| Floors | Carpet, tile, sealed concrete and hardwood each need different care and time. |
| Foot traffic | A busy clinic waiting room or retail floor needs more attention than a quiet back office. |
| Access and timing | After-hours, early-morning and weekend visits are normal for us. Tell us your alarm and key setup up front. |
| Supplies | We can bring everything, or restock from your own paper, soap and liners. |
If your space changes, like a new tenant on another floor or extra staff, the scope and price change with it in writing.
For property managers
Turning units over without three different vendors
For a property manager, the urgent job usually isn’t nightly cleaning. It’s a unit that has to be ready by a date. The last tenant left furniture behind, the carpet needs work, and the new lease starts in a week.
We can do all of it in one visit: haul out what was left, clean the unit top to bottom including inside appliances and cabinets, and clean the carpet if you want it. You get one invoice per unit and dated photos for your file.
- Apartment and rental-house turnovers
- Office suites and retail units between tenants
- Common areas in small apartment buildings
- One account and one invoice format across several properties
See tenant turnover for the residential version, or call (916) 465-1850 to set up an account.
Plain answer
Commercial cleaning vs janitorial service
People use the two words for the same thing, and so do we. Janitorial service usually means the routine: trash, restrooms, floors and restocking on a fixed schedule. Commercial cleaning is the wider term. It also covers one-time jobs such as a deep clean before an inspection, a vacant suite before a new tenant, or the dust after a build-out.
If you want the routine, our office cleaning page has the full scope, frequency table and the questions worth asking any cleaning company. If you need a one-time commercial job, tell us what has to be ready and by when.
Keys, alarms and insurance
The practical side of hiring a commercial cleaner
- Certificate of insurance sent to you or your landlord before the first visit
- How keys and alarm codes are handled, agreed in writing before we start
- Off-limits rooms and confidential areas written into the scope
- We use your supplies or bring ours; that’s decided in the quote
- One local number to call if something was missed

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How much does commercial cleaning cost in Sacramento?
+
Office cleaning starts at $75 per visit for offices under 1,000 sq ft and $150 per visit for 1,000–3,000 sq ft. Larger offices and nightly janitorial contracts are quoted after a free on-site walkthrough, based on square footage, restrooms and frequency. Vacant unit cleans start at $400 and post-construction cleaning at $299.
Do you clean retail stores?
+
Yes. We clean sales floors, fitting rooms, restrooms and storefront glass, usually before opening or after close so customers never see us.
Do you clean medical and dental offices?
+
We clean waiting rooms, front desks, restrooms and staff areas. Treatment rooms with medical-waste or sterilization rules are handled by specialists, and we’ll tell you during the walkthrough what we can and can’t take on.
Can you clean a vacant commercial space before a new tenant moves in?
+
Yes. We clean empty suites and storefronts the same way we clean an empty home for a move-out, and we can haul away anything left behind first.
Do you need a long-term contract?
+
No. Recurring service uses a short written agreement for the scope and schedule, and you can change or cancel it with notice.
Can you clean after hours or on weekends?
+
Yes. Most of our commercial cleaning happens in the evening. Early mornings and weekends are available too.
Do you work with property management companies?
+
Yes. Many property managers use us for unit turnovers and common areas, with one account and one invoice format across their buildings.
