Local guide

A railroad settlement that became a 1980s planned community

In the late 1800s Antelope was the main settlement in Center Township, and many railroad workers settled there for good. In 1973 a rail car loaded with bombs exploded in the Roseville Yard and damaged most of the homes in town. The Antelope most people know began as a planned community in the late 1980s, and it got its own postmark in 1994. It had 48,733 people in the 2020 census.

Antelope households are big: an average of 3.25 people per household, and 68.5% of homes are owner-occupied. Kids and pets in two-story homes are why regular cleaning every two weeks is a good fit here.

Local homes

What local homes usually need

Larger households mean busier kitchens and bathrooms. A crew every two weeks keeps them manageable, and a deep clean once or twice a year covers baseboards, vents and grout.

Most Antelope homes date from the late 1980s onward, so many are 20 to 35 years old. That’s when grout, cabinet faces and baseboards start to need a real deep clean.

Antelope uses Sacramento County’s bulky waste service: one pickup a year by appointment. When there’s more than that, or it needs to go sooner, we haul it.

Homeowners, landlords & realtors

Getting a Antelope home ready to rent or sell

Much of our work in Antelope is helping people at the moments a home changes hands: tenants moving out, owners getting a rental ready for the next tenant, sellers preparing for listing photos, and new owners or renters moving in. We clean houses, apartments, condos and offices: empty or furnished.

SituationWhat we do
Rental turnoverHaul away anything the last tenant left, then a full move-out clean with inside appliances, cabinets and closets.
Getting ready to sellClear clutter and old furniture, then a deep clean before photos and showings; windows and carpet on request.
Moving inA move-in clean so kitchens, bathrooms and closets are clean before your things arrive.
Moving outA landlord-ready clean and free re-clean if your landlord documents something we missed.

One company for the clean-out and the clean means one appointment, one crew and one invoice. Move-out cleaning starts at $400; junk removal at $75.
