How prices are calculated
How your cleaning price is calculated
Cleaning prices are built from three parts, and you see the total before you book:
- A base price for the number of bedrooms, which includes one bathroom for 1–2 bedroom homes and two bathrooms for 3–4 bedroom homes.
- A charge for each extra bathroom: +$35 for standard cleaning, +$50 for deep and move-out cleaning, because bathrooms take the most time.
- Optional add-ons for jobs outside the regular checklist, like inside the oven or fridge on a standard clean.
Move-out cleaning already includes inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and closets, so those aren’t add-ons for move-outs.

How we set prices
What your price pays for
Our prices pay for trained, background-checked crews who take the time to clean to a written checklist, bring their own supplies, and come back free if something is missed. Many cleaning companies don’t publish prices at all and quote only after a call. We prefer you see the number first.
Prices are the same in every city we serve, from Natomas to Elk Grove and Folsom. We don’t charge more for a ZIP code.
Junk removal
How junk removal prices are confirmed
Junk removal is priced by how much of our truck your items fill. A photo gets you a range; the crew confirms a firm price on-site before anything is loaded, and you can decline with no charge. What increases the price: more volume, very heavy material like concrete or tile, appliances with refrigerant ($25–$75 each), and hot tubs ($300–$500). What doesn’t: stairs or carrying from inside the house. That’s included.
Paying
Payment and changes
- No payment is taken when you book online. You’re only requesting the appointment.
- Your price is shown at booking and only changes if the job changes, for example, more bedrooms than booked or a home that needs a deep clean instead of a standard one. We tell you before we start.
- If something is missed on a cleaning, tell us and we come back to re-clean it free.

Ways to keep your cost down
- Pick the right service. A home that’s kept up doesn’t need a deep clean; a home that hasn’t been cleaned in months needs one before regular visits make sense.
- Book recurring. Regular visits keep each clean quick, so the home stays at the standard price.
- Combine jobs. A cleanout and a clean on the same visit saves a second appointment.
- Prepare the home. Picking up clutter, and having the home empty for a move-out, lets the crew spend its time cleaning.
- Put all your junk in one load. You pay for truck space, so one pickup costs less than several small ones.
