Granite quarries and a railroad roundhouse, now Stanford Ranch and Whitney Ranch

Rocklin took its name from its granite quarries. Stone from Secret Ravine went into the base of the California State Capitol, and the Central Pacific ran a roundhouse in town from 1867 until it moved to Roseville in 1908. Rocklin incorporated on February 24, 1893, and had 71,601 people in the 2020 census. Sierra College and William Jessup University both have campuses here.

Neighborhood by neighborhood

Where we work and what we see

AreaTypical needs
Stanford RanchA large planned neighborhood of single-family homes. Good fits: every-two-week cleaning and a deep clean once or twice a year.
Whitney Ranch and Sunset WhitneyNewer homes in north and west Rocklin. Good fits: move-in cleans, regular cleaning and pre-listing cleans.
Old Rocklin and the Quarry DistrictThe historic center near Pacific Street and the old quarries, with older homes. Good fits: deep cleans and garage clean-outs.
Near Sierra College and William JessupApartments and rentals close to the campuses. Good fits: move-out cleaning at the end of a lease.

Most Rocklin homes are owner-occupied family houses, often two stories. A crew every two weeks keeps kitchens, bathrooms and floors under control, and a seasonal deep clean handles baseboards, vents and grout.

Standard vs deep vs move-out cleaning

Most homes only need a standard clean. Book a deep clean if the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a few months, and a move-out clean when the home is empty and a landlord or buyer will inspect it.

Homeowners, landlords & realtors

Getting a Rocklin home ready to rent or sell

Much of our work in Rocklin is helping people at the moments a home changes hands: tenants moving out, owners getting a rental ready for the next tenant, sellers preparing for listing photos, and new owners or renters moving in. We clean houses, apartments, condos and offices: empty or furnished.

SituationWhat we do
Rental turnoverHaul away anything the last tenant left, then a full move-out clean with inside appliances, cabinets and closets.
Getting ready to sellClear clutter and old furniture, then a deep clean before photos and showings; windows and carpet on request.
Moving inA move-in clean so kitchens, bathrooms and closets are clean before your things arrive.
Moving outA landlord-ready clean and free re-clean if your landlord documents something we missed.

One company for the clean-out and the clean means one appointment, one crew and one invoice. Move-out cleaning starts at $400; junk removal at $75.
