Local guide
North and South Natomas, from 1950s subdivisions to 2000s townhomes
Natomas is really two places. South Natomas, below Interstate 80, grew mostly as residential subdivisions between the 1950s and the 1980s. North Natomas was farmland on the Sacramento River floodplain until the mid-1990s, when homes, townhomes, apartment communities, office parks and shopping centers went up quickly. The cleaning a home needs depends a lot on which half (and which decade) it comes from.
Many Natomas homes are two-story houses and townhomes, often in HOA neighborhoods. Regular cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors and the stairs, on the same checklist every visit.

Neighborhood by neighborhood
Where we work and what we see
| Area | Typical needs |
|---|---|
| South Natomas | Established single-family streets and apartment complexes from the 1950s–1980s, plus offices along I-5. Older bathrooms and kitchens here benefit most from a deep clean: grout, tile edges, cabinet faces and baseboards. |
| North Natomas, including Natomas Park and Westlake | Mostly homes, townhomes and apartment communities built from the mid-1990s on, near North Natomas Regional Park and Natomas Marketplace. Good fits: recurring cleaning for busy households and move-out cleans between leases. |
| Other Natomas neighborhoods | We also serve Natomas Crossing, Regency Park, Heritage Park, Sundance Lake, Gateway West, the Hamptons, Westshore, Willowcreek and the rest of the area. Freeway access from I-5 and I-80 makes same-day or next-day visits possible on many days. |
| Northgate Boulevard and the airport side | Shops, hotels and homes along Northgate Boulevard and near the hotels closest to Sacramento International Airport. We clean homes for move-out inspections and offices on weekday evenings. |
Natomas has a lot of rental housing (apartment communities, townhomes and single-family rentals) so move-out and move-in cleaning is a big share of the work. Property managers here generally inspect inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and closets, which is exactly what our move-out checklist covers.

Choose the right clean
Standard vs deep vs move-out cleaning
Most homes only need a standard clean. Book a deep clean if the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a few months, and a move-out clean when the home is empty and a landlord or buyer will inspect it.
| Standard clean | Deep clean | Move-out clean | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Keeping a lived-in home clean | First visit, seasonal reset, before guests | Empty home before handing back the keys |
| Kitchen | Counters, sink, stovetop, appliance fronts, microwave | Plus grease buildup, cabinet fronts, hood | Plus inside oven, fridge, every cabinet and drawer |
| Bathrooms | Cleaned and sanitized | Plus grout, scale and soap scum | Plus inside vanities and medicine cabinets |
| Dusting | Reachable surfaces | Plus baseboards, doors, vents, fans, blinds | Every surface including closets |
| 1 bedroom | $200 | $300 | $400 |
| 3 bedrooms | $290 | $440 | $560 |

Pricing
What changes the price
Our prices are published so you can compare before you call. These are the things that can move a price up or down:

- Pets (hair adds time)
- Add-ons like inside the oven or fridge
- How often you book: regular visits stay quick
You always see your price before booking, and anything unusual is confirmed with you before work starts. Text a photo to (916) 465-1850 if you’re not sure.

Getting a Natomas home ready to rent or sell
Much of our work in Natomas is helping people at the moments a home changes hands: tenants moving out, owners getting a rental ready for the next tenant, sellers preparing for listing photos, and new owners or renters moving in. We clean houses, apartments, condos and offices: empty or furnished.
| Situation | What we do |
|---|---|
| Rental turnover | Haul away anything the last tenant left, then a full move-out clean with inside appliances, cabinets and closets. |
| Getting ready to sell | Clear clutter and old furniture, then a deep clean before photos and showings; windows and carpet on request. |
| Moving in | A move-in clean so kitchens, bathrooms and closets are clean before your things arrive. |
| Moving out | A landlord-ready clean and free re-clean if your landlord documents something we missed. |
One company for the clean-out and the clean means one appointment, one crew and one invoice. Move-out cleaning starts at $400; junk removal at $75.

Natomas is the large northern section of the City of Sacramento along Interstate 5 and Interstate 80, split into North Natomas and South Natomas, with Sacramento International Airport just to the north. Much of the area was built from the 1990s on, so it has many newer single-family homes, townhomes and apartment communities.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
Which Natomas ZIP codes do you cover?
+
All three: 95833 (mostly South Natomas), 95834 and 95835, including Natomas Park, Westlake, Natomas Crossing, Regency Park, Gateway West and the Northgate area.
Can you clean my Natomas apartment before the move-out inspection?
+
Yes. Book a move-out clean for the day before your inspection if you can. We clean inside the oven, fridge, cabinets and closets, and if your property manager documents anything we missed, we come back and re-clean it free.
Do you clean older homes in South Natomas?
+
Yes. For homes built in the 1950s–1980s we usually suggest a deep clean first. It covers grout, tile edges, baseboards, doors, vents and cabinet faces that a regular clean doesn’t reach.
How much does house cleaning cost in Natomas?
+
Standard house cleaning costs $200 for a 1-bedroom, $240 for 2 bedrooms, $290 for 3 and $350 for 4. Deep cleaning starts at $300 and move-out cleaning at $400.
What does a standard house cleaning include?
+
Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop, microwave and appliance fronts; bathrooms cleaned and sanitized; dusting of reachable surfaces; beds made; floors vacuumed and mopped; trash emptied.
How long does a house cleaning take?
+
Usually two to four hours for most homes. Larger homes get a bigger crew so the visit doesn’t take all day.
Do I need to be home?
+
No. Many customers leave a door code or lockbox. Let us know about pets and alarms when you book.
Do you bring supplies?
+
Yes, our crew brings its own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products, leave them out and tell us.
What if something wasn’t cleaned right?
+
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean that area at no charge.
Should I book a deep clean first?
+
If the home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the last few months, yes: a deep clean (from $300) resets it, and regular visits stay quick afterwards.
Can I get the same cleaner each time?
+
We schedule the same crew whenever possible for recurring customers, and your preferences stay on file.
Are you a maid service or housekeeping service in Natomas?
+
Yes: what many people call maid service or housekeeping is what we call standard house cleaning: kitchens, bathrooms, dusting and floors on a written checklist, one time or every one, two or four weeks. Laundry, dishes and organizing aren’t included.
Do you serve all of Natomas?
+
Yes. We serve all of Natomas, including North Natomas, South Natomas, Natomas Park, Westlake (ZIP codes 95833, 95834, 95835).
How soon can you come to Natomas?
+
Same-day or next-day appointments are often available in Natomas. Book online to see open times, or call (916) 465-1850 (Mon–Fri 7am–7pm, Sat 8am–6pm, Sun 9am–5pm).
Is house cleaning priced differently in Natomas?
+
No. We use the same published prices across the Sacramento area, so a Natomas home costs the same as one in Sacramento.
